The Ogilvy User Experience group was remarkably different from most other digital agencies due to scale and complexity of our client needs. We do this by taking on a discipline spectrum approach mapped while maintaining knowledge skills against project categories.

This spectrum means we had a specialty range of Information Architects and Interaction Designers; Content Strategists and Content Planners to scale up on projects. Additionally, Business Analysts sit in our UX groups as well as User Research analysts. At the same time, we’ve built a library of tools and methodologies across project types. This matrix approach helps us scale to practice flavors of Agile, Lean UX or Iterative design methods.
