ABOUT THE PROJECT

The primary challenge to Ogilvy was figuring out the logistics of restructuring all the different local cable affiliations under a single unified brand and structure. A restructure/redesign involved the all the Time Warner Cable .com sites and the underlying "buy-flow," customer service and user settings/dashboards. The project was a monumental undertaking that was an extensive and multi-year project that involved all aspects of the agency to work together.
